  I was recently sexually assaulted. I'm 23 years old and this is the first time something of this nature has ever happened to me. I have chosen not to persue any legal action as I do not believe it will help me in any way.I've been seeing a therapist to help with processing, and they're very helpful, but I still find myself losing focus at work when my thoughts can just wander and feeling guilty or just 'bad' about the whole thing.
