  I am a utube and docu junkie on mental health issues. It helps me to see others relate. Much like joiming support groups. I struggle with panic attacks anxiety, and bouts of depression.   I do vlog my panic attacks/anxiety on you tube from time to time and have been more active about it lately.I always find it helpful and comforting yo find others who relate to what I am feeling. I have no fancy editing skills.
