My daughter dies 2 hours after birth because the doctor neglected to do an ultrasound when I went in bleeding really bad. I need someone to talk to, to listen. I don't know how to live now

It's been a month since I've had the laprocopy dnc and from what the doctor said they removed all of what they could .they said it was so bad it caused bruising on my uterus and liver. (have pics from surgery) I felt great till this week when my old symptoms came back and now I have new syptoms. Could it be growing back already?
