  Hello, I am starting tonight 1ml of naltrexone (50mg tablet disolved in 50 ML of water and then take 1ml each night).  Has anyone else tried this medication and if so what have been the results?  Currently, any medication I have tried since 2012 has left me with skin peeling rashes. I have looked at the research it is showing that it has benefited people with CFS/ME. I appreciate hearing from any one that is on it or has taken it.  Thank you so very much.

  Hi, I am finding that less food during a more active day in the long run makes me feel better and if I crash I find less food during the day or two of recovery is making my recovery easier.  Is any one else noticing a correlation with food and energy level?  I also find that less carbs and more protein, veggies and fats are better.  Any thoughts....

  I always forget how too much activity can be so very little activity for me.  Yesterday, I took my dog to the water front and did a very short walk and then went to the coffee shop nearby got a cup of coffee and sat reading for a bit.  Took my dog home, went grocery shopping quickly and then rested a couple of hours before going out to dinner with a friend.  I ate a lovely mediterraean dinner and this morning my body is screaming and I am very fatigued.  I spent maybe a total of 6-7 hours...
