it seems that i do best when i eat mostly - TW trigger warning for people who don't like meat
meat. i eat steak - and vegetables.

it seems very different than most people's opinions of what humans need to eat.
it is what my body likes. i also do well to add some jello and i use coconut oil to cook with and i have black coffee - reasonable amount, i put coconut oil in the coffee.
my body is not able to absorb nutrients - so, i'm consuming coconut oil as this is known to work to help the small intestine absorb nutrients. :) as well as lots of other good benefits :O)
i find for myself, i need carbs too. pasta works. i don't have a problem w/gluten.
i'm slowly building on this.
