Dearest beautiful Maria. These temporary physical bodies bring about so much suffering and pain when they fail us. They were never designed to last. Fortunately we are eternal spirit souls. We have an original spiritual body, one that never fails us, or is subject to disease ,old age, or death. Our true original self, full of knowledge, bliss and eternality. We all have our own unique personality. Due to our birth in this temporary world, we have become covered by the material energy and forgotten our true identity. Like a mirror covered by dust, we cannot see clearly.
The loss of loved ones is overwhelming and I often think about your son. You have no answers, or no closure. God is unlimited and also resides in the heart of every living entity. So your son, wherever he is , will always be fine and through God will always be connected to you. He will never cease to be. The separation you feel is painful, I understand. However spiritually you will never be separated from him and the love you have will never die.
God is both with him and you, separately ,and together at the same time.
You have a heart of gold dear Maria. You give so much to so many despite all of your own difficult and painful obstacles. You are truly amazing and so very special. Know that you are loved and appreciated . Your life is successful due to your many spiritual attributes. You are faced with many hardships, but you are a brave woman blessed with the truest wealth. Everything will be alright because God is with you and always in control. I love you very much my friend.

Maria{: It is so nice to read about you and how you are surviving is spite al of the problems you have to endure. I have not been on DS now for over 2 years. The new format and I do not agree and I have been down because there is no realistic hope that either of my 2 adult kids will ever want to check in on how their parents are doing. It is just not in the future and yet there are miracles, In the last several years the only change has been in my health. I am now not capable of walking even a few steps without any assistance. With my 2 canes, I need to take a rest after 20 steps. The pain in the knee is just awful. So I grin and bear it, and when someone asks how I am doing, My answer is "I am doing as well as can be and my mind adds - by the grace of God.

I am forever grateful when I got that first email from you when you posted to me completely anonymous that you cared and you were praying for me. That memory of your post is one of the most beautiful things that have happened to me over my 75 years, xfmlg
