  Does anyone else get that feeling when you wake up that you want to get out of bed, but you literally can’t? Like you’re somewhat awake and your mind is trying to motivate your body to get up and you keep saying in your head just get out of bed it’s not that hard. Well today it was extremely hard. Just opening my eyes and sitting up was a challenge. Maybe it’s because of all the medicine I take before bed to help me sleep. Maybe it’s because my body just doesn’t know how to function...

  I used to ask why me? Of all the people why do I feel like this, but now I’ve come to accept that this is what I am. Constant sadness and exhaustion. Years of this just breaking me down piece by piece until I’m left completely numb. Part of me still wishes that this wasn’t me and that I was “normal”. The other part is guilt that I would ever have wished this on someone. No one deserves this feeling.

  I feel as if I am almost completely numb to everything. All that’s left is this aching inside my chest. Not sure what this feeling is. I have always been depressed, but I have never felt it like this.
