  It’s not getting better, and I’m finding it hard to believe that it ever will. I’m not sure why I’m here, except maybe that someone hhere understands it too.Ive never had good sleep. But it’s been exceptionally bad the past 7 years. I’ve tried a lot and nearly nothing works. The only thing so far has been emotional regulations to stave off the panic attacks I have that are associated with trying and failing to sleep. Im just so tired of being tired.

  I’ve never posted anything about my insomnia before. I don’t think I expect things to change for the better anymore, so I’m not sure why I’m doing this. Maybe I’m just so tired, of being so damned tired. It hasn’t even been that long since things really got bad. Five years, maybe.
