I'm wondering what else have you tried? The things that work best for me are managing my anxiety and depression, keeping a consistent sleep/wake schedule, getting some exercise in every day...etc. It sounds like maybe these are things you do already.
Maybe it's time for a sleep study or a sleep specialist?
I'd encourage you to continue to identify and treat the true underlying root causes for your insomnia. As sonny says, an MD who specializes in sleep might help a lot.
