  I am so sick of people saying "you need to get help." Like, how am I supposed to get help when I don't know how to? I mean, I know how to literally, I guess I don't know how to talk about it. I have tried to talk to the people around me (usually my husband) and every time I do I get shot down or am given this long half hour speech on how I should feel, why I should feel differently or what I shouldn't do. It irritates me beyond belief and just makes me more depressed. I don't have any friends...

  I weighed myself about a week ago and the scale read 252. This isn't the heaviest I've been, but the last time I was this weight it took me about 11 years to lose 70 pounds! And most of the time it was from me starving myself and being depressed about it all. I am still extremely depressed and I don't feel like doing anything most of the time. I need some support and can't really find it at home. I need new things to try that aren't going to cost and arm and a leg too. I don't expect to lose...
