  Hi new to the group. I never post in these groups, I don't open up very much. But I'm trying something new to see if it helps me. I have been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks for 12 years. I have my good days and bad but my husband wants to go on vacation and my anxiety is on the rise for 3 weeks now. I go to bed with panic and I wake up with it. Not really sure what I'm doing wrong, the things I use to do to help my panic isn't working. So if anyone has any advice or helping words....

  I lost my grandma 2 years ago from Alzheimer's, I'm having a hard time and having a lot of anxiety. I'm trying really hard to be ok with her not being here, I know she is in a better place and she has her own mind back but it's just really hard.I just need some support and some advice. Thank you.
