My anxiety remedies never seem to work forever, either. I think I build as much tolerance for psychotherapy tools as I do with meds. After a while, they start feeling more like ritual than therapy. Worse, today's solution all to often grows in to tomorrow's problem. That would be part of the reason my peer support network is so valuable. My peers often have suggestions I never would have found on my own.
You just tried a brand new --to you-- psyochotherapy tool in making this post. Did it help? I hope you'll keep trying. It takes time to build skill with any tool.

Is it good news that you have found a place where it's okay to talk about nothing but anxiety? In my own strictly personals, having a place where I can bare ^it^ to the bone makes it easier to be less annoying in the places where it really is an inappropriate subject. The deliberate baring makes it easier to set it aside while I live the rest of my life.
I am grateful for Arfie's comment about "tool tolerance"--I thought it was just me doing something wrong!
