I lost my grandma 2 years ago from Alzheimer's, I'm having a hard time and having a lot of anxiety. I'm trying really hard to be ok with her not being here, I know she is in a better place and she has her own mind back but it's just really hard.I just need some support and some advice. Thank you.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I lost my dad in Dec. and the pain is still very fresh, so I understand your pain.
Let yourself grieve and feel. Writing helped me tremendously. I wrote a letter to my dad daily for weeks after he passed. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. God bless.
Grief can evolve into a grief depression..... If this is still having a big effect on you living your life sweetie I would go and see your family doctor.... You might need some medical help summer
Grief therapy can also help a great deal.....xo
I have learned many lessons here about how to deal with grief; one that stands out is that we need to strive for the day when we can think of things that our loved one would have liked, and instead of being sad, we need to be able to smile and think how much they would have liked it. It can be hard to do this, but as I have gotten closer to it I have felt much better. (There will always be days when it hurts to think about them, but as more and more years pass I will have a larger percentage of happy thoughts!)
gentle hugs, it can be a hard journey
One of the golden rules when you are grieving is to be good to yourself. Every week pick do one thing on how you were good/taking care of you. It can be a simple thing: watching a movie, going out to eat, getting flowers, whatever it maybe....but it must be for you.
Grieving takes up an incredible amount of energy, thinking at times can be difficult.
It takes time, but things do get better.
