  The frustrating thing about being codependent, is knowing you've managed to get into another codependent relationship. All the signs are there. Knowing it's time to just walk away. Dealing with the conflict of it all is still challenging to me. My friend, that I've only known 3 yrs.  I thought of her as a good friend and we always manage to have fun no matter what's going on.   I'm getting so overwhelmed. I know that it is all my fault because I'm allowing issues to continue to bother me. Avoiding confrontation. I'm dealing with three issues at the moment. 1. When I was seeing a therapist, one issue I was having was with my mother complaining to me about my syblings. My therapist told to tell my mother to not talk about her problems to me.   I am codependent and deal with mild depression. I have a really good friend that has depression issues. We understand each other but she craves the attention and pity. When she's really down, she post it all over social media. I personally don't like it when people do that but to each their own.She was recently was diagnosed with cancer.
