  feeling extra old today.  not terrible, not super sad or anything just feeling generally lousy.  long term health issues, family issues, loneliness.....limited energy to live a normal life. want to have more life.......find a way to make more friends.i'm in frequent flares so life tends to move on without me.  the flares leaved me socked in at home like a traveller dealing with heavy fog....in my case it's brain fog.  i can't keep up with healthier more active friends and they tend to leave...
