Hi I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I'm almost 60. I think I've had it most of my adult life. I also was just diagnosed with Crohns. Am under extreme stress, feeling very tired, ill, achy all over, depressed. Looking for help and support. Do you ever feel like just giving up? I have severe depression too from difficult life, past abuse, ptsd. thank you.
