plans change
my life was intercepted....interrupted, disabled and flawed.
life can be that way.......the levels vary.
just sitting on the couch causes problems. creates pain.......and frustration.
a pretty soft couch is a disruptor. unfair? seems like........
i pack up my project and go back to the pillowy soft chair like always.
can't sit here long cause this chair is also a problem.
go figure.
sigh, just slid some leftovers into the oven........gonna go take an anti nausea med and hope for better.

Hello there beautiful Ruthie soul. It's a warm Wednesday morning here. Our tropical winter, still so warm. Frank just drove little 5yr old Jaxli to preschool .I usually take him but I drugged myself to sleep last night. First time in a while. I wish I could just drive up to your house and see you, have a hot cuppa and have a laugh together and a good heart hug. So far, so far away. Miss you. With you in heart, my friend.
