  Treatments besides hormones?

  My doctor is 99% sure I have endo (I will be having the lap after this months cycle to confirm). I was curious if anyone else can't do hormone therapy for relief. I have the factor II gene mutation and have a high risk for blood clots with hormones, surgeries, pregnancy, etc... so this makes endo so much more complicated. I suspect diet and exercise will be my only option but I wasn't sure.I have had symptoms for over 15 years but haven't had a doctor suggest endo until now. I used to have...

  Long long long story (kind of) short... I've had endo symptoms for about 15 years but have been diagnosed with fibro, ovarian cysts, pcos, celiac, pmdd, and anxiety/depression. Most of which I'm pretty sure I don't have. Most of those doctors just told me I had something so I'd stop coming in.I went gluten free and started eating clean and my ovarian cysts stopped growing.   I have been desperately trying to find out why I feel this way. I have been seeing my doctor about weight gain, fatigue, depression/anxiety, and pms pain that makes functioning nearly impossible. I used to have cysts but when I went gluten free they stopped growing and now I just have fibroids. I have also been off birth control for years so my doc sent me to a fertility specialist. He mentioned I might have endo or PCOS. I have had the first few blood tests but so far they are all coming back...
