I am so frustrated lately. My daughter graduates in two days. It should be an exciting time yet there are a few problems and it just hurts to watch what she goes through when I know it is my fault because I have lived with my mom all this time so I could raise my daughter with help. I've never been good enough for anything and I wanted my daughter to not feel that way but she gets the same treatment I always have... you're not good enough, I told you so and I knew (it, that, etc)...

I think people that really have no idea who you are don't really care what they say. I came across someone I don't know well say some very nasty and cruel things to me today and for some reason it really got to me. I can't believe I let someone get to me like this. I know I shouldn't let people get to me but it really frazzled me. Any tips on clearing my mind? I thought of something today and was wondering if anyone had a thought on it. I've interviewed for a job a couple times that I thought I was well qualified for and I thought that the interview went well but still never got the job. I understand that hiring managers are quite busy but is it completely inappropriate to contact that manager and ask them if you could meet with them and discuss why you might not be a good fit for the position or find out ways I may be a better fit?Just tired of...

Today has been one of those days that I have a mountain of things to do and woke up ready to tackle the day and yet here I sit on the sofa doing pretty much nothing. Things can be bad, things can be good. Maybe my mind is what is making things always seem bad. The last few weeks I've been beating myself up over all the bad choices I've made, how irresponsible I was being yet when I asked my doctor about it, he just said it's normal, it's not your fault and it's ok if you just got caught up in a moment.
