Can't talk

I have had something on my mind lately that I need to tell someone but I can't... or am not sure how to say what I need to say.

I have had a sore throat for days yet I'm not sick,  judt afraid to say what's on my mind.   Does this happen to other people or is this just another oddity I'm cursed with?
