  What's the point in living anymore. I get worried about up-swings and about down-swings. I get worried about up-swings because they bring the dissociation and I worry about the down-swings because they bring the depression and suicidal thoughts. I never am "good", I'm always just "OK". I know that even people without depression have ups and downs but I still hate it. I just want to spend a few weeks feeling good again. I don't think I even remember what that feels like.   I didn't self harm in like a year but yesterday I cut and I burned a few minutes ago. I feel like I'm headed down a spiral. I've been more anxious and the thoughts of suicide are getting stronger. I'm worried I'm gonna get stuck in a cycle of self harm.

  I have therapy tomorrow. It will be the second meeting with her and I'm super anxious. I plan on giving her my journal and have her read about what I've been thru. I'm so worried about how that will go and I'm worried that I'll get so anxious that I'll have a pseudo-seizure. She doesn't have experience with pseudo-seizures so if I have one she might overreact and call 911. I'm so anxious about talking about the journaling and stuff, I don't want to. This is all so hard, it's all too hard. It's...

  Does anyone else have pseudo-seizures due to ptsd? I've had these episodes for almost ten years. They look like grand Mal seizures but without seizure activity in the brain. I have them when I'm highly stressed like when a difficult topic comes up in therapy, or a flashback. They start as a panic attack but then I stare off and start tipping over, then I start shaking uncontrollably. It's not as bad as it used to be but it makes working thru stuff in therapy almost impossible.

  I'm so lonely. I'm done with feeling so depressed, anxious and lonely. Every day feels like a blackhole, like it just goes on and on and sucks all the happiness and energy out of me.
