  Ive has anxiety and depression issues for a long time. I had panic attacks at a young age but hid everything the best I could from everyone. I’ve been in therapy for two years but now my therapist is on maternity leave. She gave me another therapist I can go to if I needed it, but I don’t feel like going through everything again with another therapist. The last month or so I have just felt worried and just off for what seems like no reason.
