  Well, it's been awhile since I've posted. Since last time, I have gotten embarrassed at work/basically been rejected from the clique that I work with. So although I push myself to be friendly and force myself to have conversations with them, they still ignore me altogether. Whenever I talk about my school or education, my parents don't understand and ignore me too. I went to my counselor before my last post and she had suggested medication.   I'm basically only posting this to get it off my chest. I'll try and set up the situation some before I say more, because it can be triggering to most people I would assume. The past couple of days, I have not been feeling any better. I have been eating more fruits and vegetables, less sweets, and purposefully walking around more throughout the day when I can.   Tomorrow is a new day. I keep holding onto that, because I thought the same thing yesterday and I didn't wake up any easier today than I thought I would.   So, hi. After feeling pretty low for a month, then progressively worse this past week, I finally tried telling my counselor everything today. They try to steer clear from making any kind of test or diagnosis which is ok, since I'm there to talk and feel better. But today I guess i've cracked so to speak. They gave me a depression test and apparantly 24/27 is some cause for concern, they even mentioned possibly seeking a family doctor if I don't improve in 2-3 weeks. I haven't been on...
