  I really struggled last year in janurary because was the date of where i can rememeber so clear of sexaul abuse/ sexual humilation. My memories was so clear that day and i just couldnt do it. And i ended up forced into hospital for a while. I know janurary is awhile but i feel like its so close and cant stop thinking about it. My memories seem to be getting clearer so i dont know how i wil be able to cope with it this time.I want to die and if there is a day - it would be that day. Cause i cant...

  I am just wondering if anyone else gets triggered by their menstrual cycle. When i do get my period all i can think is "i am not thin enough" and when i am missing it all i can think of is to keep not eating to delay it even more. I know i should be happy when my body is maintaining a healthy function but it just very triggering. Like now i have missed my period for a month and i dont want to mess it up. I know it is unhealthy but just wondering if anyone thinks the same or how to not think...

  I dont know if i want to recover or not. I feel like i need my eating disorder as a focus away from sucidal thoughts more. I want to reach my goal weight to feel better about myself. But then i know goal weights only get lower and wont make me happy but part of me believes it can cause i dont see anything else making me happy.
