  So, this is probably gonna sound a little crazy, but here goes...nearly one year ago to the day, my daughter's father filed a restraining order against me with all these accusations of drug use, me not getting out of bed, me not wanting anything to do with our daughter, etc. Back up about 6 months and he told his job he had cancer because he's bipolar and couldn't manage to get out of bed to go to work.   I just found out what the *TW* means on here. That's helpful. But I want to warn everyone that I'm terrible at discerning what's okay and what might be considered a trigger for anyone, including myself.   I couldn't sleep last night. I've always had some extent of insomnia, but it's gotten much worse over the past couple of years. Meds help, mostly ambien, belsomra and gabapentin, but I don't take them when I have my daughter alone. She's 2 and smart and sneaky and I worry that shell wake up and I won't hear her. So, it's another day of being tired and drinking coffee for me. There are so many things in my head and emotions that I don't even know how to describe. Sometimes I just want to blurt...
