  I was a little anxious today, I felt like a panic attack coming on. I took a couple deep breaths and drank some water than kept my self focused on my work, I felt better afterwards! I feel this pain sometimes from my depression and it's like a hard knot. I'm always hopeful that I try my best to take care of myself. Have bless rest of the day everyone!
