  I've posted on a couple of other boards but I don't think I've posted on this one.I'm 16. I'm a junior in highschool, diagnosed with severe anxiety 3 years ago and super sueper stressed.I know my issues aren't going to be as bad as losing a loved one or abuse or anything, but things are getting so hard to deal with.   ahh so I relapsed yesterday. I'd been a few months clean from self harm but I just broke.. I don't want to bother any of my friends or my parents with this bc it's happened so much, it's getting old and they don't need to hear about it.   People don't really need to reply but I just want to get it out in a way that feels like someone's listening.Ugh I've been feeling so awful lately..
