  I believe this to be my 3rd or 4th post here. In my last post I talked about my daughter being pregnant. I felt I Had not really been supportive of her. My husband died on April fourth of this year. He was so excited to be a Grandpa. He was hoping for a girl. Her wedding was coming in June and he had already picked father daughter dance songs.   Today marks another month of a life lost way to soon. It's been 5 months now. I don't feel like I'm healing, in fact just the opposite. I still wake up and cry every morning. I cry morning, noon and night. I have no idea a what life without him looks like, other than sad and lonely. I am seeing a therapist. Sometimes I think it's helping and other times I think I'm wasting my money. How do I move on when there are still so many unanswered questions? I miss his beautiful smile, his silly jokes...

  3:04 p.m. John- I'm just getting off freeway. Be home in 30.Me - O.k. be safe I love you.3:10 p.m.my phone rings. A stranger on the phone. Your husband has been in an accident. He wants you to come to him. 3:15 p.m.stranger calls back and tell me to go to San Joaquin Hospital. Waited 2 hours at the hospital. Then told to go to "quiet room".2 doctors and social worker comes in... im sorry. Your husband didn't make it. He's dead. That was almost 5 months ago. I still play it over in my mind...

  It's now been 4months and 16 days. I keep thinking I'm going to come home and find him there. Of course it's not gonna happen. I'm so depressed, angry, sad. I can be in a room full of people who love me and still feel so alone. I'm about to be a grandma for the first time and feel so sad he's not here to enjoy it with me.   I've been sitting here for 30 minutes starting this post. Delete and start over and over again. All I know is I lost my husband of 32 years 4 months ago. I'm lost and have no idea what to do now. My heart is broken in a million pieces. Sometimes I can't breathe. I cry all day everyday. I can hardly leave the house I miss him so much.
