Husband and I separated couples of days ago, im in so much pain, I can't stop crying, I get this horrible feeling when I have the lights off or close a door, I feel so weird like trapped, I just want to open the door and be outside, I have to take sleeping pills to be able to sleep.This can't be normal.Im so sad is ridiculous and I almost feel ashamed, I can't talk to anyone since I have no family here, I feel so desperate.And I asked him how is he doing and he said fine, and he does seems...
