  Well, I've made it. I'm nearly at the finish line and I'm not scared anymore. Dying doesn't scare me, the idea of not being alive doesn't scare me, the people I'm going to leave behind don't hold me back anymore. I'm sitting at my desk with my antidepressants piled up front of me.   Hello all, It has been a few weeks since my last post or even visit to this website, so I suppose "dailystrength" is a bit of a misnomer in my case. Since then, I have left the dreary depression that was my life in London for a month and I have returned to my parents in the USA.   Hi there.So today I went to see my GP to ask her to fill out another prescription for my antidepressant medication. I haven't been taking it regularly for the last two months or so and it has greatly contributed to recent downturn. It doesn't help when my entire life is crumbling in front of my eyes, but hey, that's a different thread.   Hello, A few moments ago, a small incident happened which has set off a rather large panic attack and I now feel shaken. I was listening to music in my bedroom, reading the newspaper. I'm slightly hard of hearing, so I usually have speakers connected and turn the sound up in order to hear. I wasn't aware of the time, it had just turned past 11 PM.
