  I am sturgging with bad thoughts of wanting to take my life away for 16 years since I was in the sixth grade. But now I am a surrviour of those unwanted thoughts. I share with others do not hurt yourself because it will not sovle any problems and it will make things worse for your family and friends who love you and support you.   I am going through depression for a few days because I am thinking about all the bad things that happened in my life. Like getting bullied in schol, seeing a very scary movie called Star Wars episode 3 Revenge of the Sith because I thougt my favorite Jedi Anakin Skywalker will die in that one and it traumatized me for 12 years and it made me cry over Anakin for months. And that caused me to have nightmares. I need some good coping tools. How do I let the past go? I need some good feedback! :"(
