  I am entering the stages of shutting down when I see my fiancé. I cry a lot when I'm by myself, mainly because I feel bad for.my daughter. He wants to play that stupid fucking game on his phone and everything else is just a burden. Filling her sippy cup, her asking him to play, doing anything outside that game seems to be too much.   I sometimes come home from work and just cry uncontrollably. Nothing bad happened to me that day, but my brain was full of bad thoughts. Bad Memories, terrible "what if's", constantly thinking way too deep into life and relationships. Just getting so lost in thought and spending all day trying to reel myself back into a good head space to the point of exhaustion.   Ahhhh I get so mad, so quick and it's something I've dealt with since highschool. I snap. I do truly believe it is because of demons that I never dealt with, holding onto bad moments in my past and not forgiving those who have hurt me. I'm definitely in denial at this point.
