BP2, depression, anxiety, moderate to severe agoraphobia, mod-severe vertigo, early onset dementia, and a few other "normal" health issues. Married 28 years with 3 children. Play guitar, dabble with jewelry making with my wife. Work on my cars and my kids cars when my body lets me. Generally everything I do is inside my house, or in the yard. Like movies, don't like TV.

Each day is the same day. I wake up, try to stay busy, and sleep. Most of the time I can't wait until bedtime, that way I don't have to face the depressive days. I just started seeing a new therapist yesterday for depression and other things, hoping it will help. I have good weeks and then I have bad weeks that I struggle just to get through the day. My motivation is crap, and if I do accomplish something, I feel no joy or excitement. Nothing like a roller coaster ride and not enjoying it.
