  i feel really bad because i relapsed tonight. after a month of being clean. i knew i had all the coping skills and people online to talk to but i wasn't thinking at all. i feel stupid. i feel like i deserved it anyway:/ just need to talk to someone :/

  been wanting to relapse all day. i've been clean for a long time and i want to keep it that way. but something inside me screams that i deserve it. lately, the urges to self harm have been horrible. just need someone to talk to.

  it's summer and i have no friends to hang out with. i've been alone in my room, having nothing to do. i'm just sitting there being depressed. some people say i should join clubs at my school to make friends but my school doesn't offer any clubs. or sports. i'm also on probation so i can't get a job. i'm running out of hope. i just wanna feel loved and be a normal teenager. i feel so lonely.im thinking about joining a class or group or club of some sort this summer. maybe start drivers ed to...
