  hey guys, its been awhile. I thought I had my anxiety kinda under control but here in the last month or so i have been a complete wreck. Now the love of my life thinks I'm getting annoying.

  Yesterday marks one week since the day i attempted. When i get ready to shower sometimes i just stare at place where i was sitting, picturing myself laying there with the water hitting my body and blood running from my wrist.   Today was well until the darkness for night fell over. My anxiety is the strongest when the sun is down. I'm thinking of how good today was to try and help me relax. I got a new job and had a good outing with my pup. Things are going well, i think its just stress that is making me have anxiety but im unsure. i guess ill try and sleep it away

  So today was better, things were still alittle rocky. the nights are the worse. i lay in my bed and think about what has all happened and what has all gone wrong in my life. The day went well got up early and made a healthy breakfast and got some stuff accomplished. even made myself go to a friends party to get out of my shell a little bit. One day at a time because tomorrow holds such better days

  Yesterday was the day i thought i was going to die.   Hey, I was raped back in the fall by my jiu jitsu instructor who was supposed to be teaching me how to fight and have self defence but instead figured out that i couldnt beat him and used it to his advantage. it weighs on me everyday and im not sure how to move past it.
