  Hi, I weigh 391 lbs at a height of 5’5”. Like a lot of people my size, showering is difficult and exhausting. I use the “Freedom Wand” to help me clean out-of-reach body parts during showers and while using the toilet. Though it’s helpful, I often forego cleaning all over because it’s so awkward and difficult to use. While using the toilet, the Freedom Wand is helpful in wiping the front, but I’m never able to fully wipe away “#2.” Does anyone have advice or tips/tricks to...

  My husband and I are exploring adoption options. Has anyone had a good experience with private adoption agencies/organizations in Connecticut (or Western Massachusetts)? We live in northern Connecticut, along the southern Massachusetts border. Thank you in advance for your help.

  I don't even know where to start. I'm a 41 year old woman who has dealt with and taken meds for severe depression with psychotic features, suicidal thoughts, general anxiety and social anxiety for many years. I'm currently in a deep depression. I have suicidal thoughts daily. Most days feel like I'm plagued by suicidal thoughts all day long. I started a new antidepressant yesterday. I hope it will help soon.Some days I have enough motivation to bring my Saint Bernard to the dog park. I walk...
