Nervous about posting personal matters about myself on here, but I suppose that is the whole point of this online community. I'm glad I stumbled upon this site. I'm obviously fairly new to this site so I'm just getting used to things. I'm struggling to cope with the effects of PTSD, anxiety and sexual abuse. I hope to find guidance and solace in others that are/have struggled with these same things. Feel free to reach out to me anyway you are able to contact me.
