  I'm quite worried that I'm going to sink into one of my down phases again. Last year was pretty great, but I've been slowly becoming more and more numb to my emotions again. I don't want to go back and have to pick myself up all over again. Last time, I barely managed to stop myself from cutting. I don't know what I'll do this time if it comes back.

  Hello guys! My name is Chrys, and I am a high school student. My class was recently assigned to conduct a case study of sorts on genetic disorders. My partner and I chose Hemochromatosis.We are supposed to include the story of someone with Hemochromatosis in our study. I was wondering if I could get a story from someone in this support group.
