Hemochromatosis Support Group
Hemochromatosis is a hereditary disease characterized by improper processing by the body of dietary iron which causes iron to accumulate in a number of body tissues, eventually causing organ dysfunction. It is the main iron overload disorder. Hemochromatosis is notorious for having symptoms that are often initially misattributed to other diseases.

We were told to ask the following:
1. When were you diagnosed?
2. What treatments have you gone through?
3. Briefly describe those treatments.
4. Did those treatments work and if yes, what is your condition now?
It's okay if you're uncomfortable and don't answer^^
Did you know it came from the Vikings? Another interesting piece of information.

My partner and I submitted our case study today. Thank you so much to everyone who replied :)) your stories will not go unheard.
