  Hello everyone,My husband of 23 years has passed on September 21, 2020.  I am still numb, in shock and I feel like a truck hit me.  I am sad all of the time and I cry every day. I am told things will get better but I just do not understand how.  My family gives me support, my son and daughter in law are the best.  I have 2 grandchildren 9 and 11.  These boys and so loving and caring and they give me so much comfort.I certainly hope I will be able to leave the house soon.  I just don't...

  Hello everyone, I just found this group.  My family tells me that I needed to join a group to help with my anxiety and grief.  My husband of 23 years passed away on September 21, 2020.  I am totally lost and grieving terribly.  The grief has increased my Blood Pressure, I have pain all over my body and I feel like I have been run over by a truck.I do not know if my life will resemble a normal one for a long time.  I just want to bury my head in the sand and make the world go away.
