  Hi everyone. I'm really struggling today. On the verge of tears. Yesterday, I had a great day. Very little anxiety, and I was so happy. I woke up this morning feeling very anxious. I have an obsession with my health and my heart- I am always concerned something is wrong. I recently started experiencing heart palpitations (increased heart rate and my heart skips beats). I saw my Physician and he did an EKG and said he thought it was caused by my anxiety. I have an appointment with a Cardiologist...

  Hi everyone, I'm new to this group and decided to join because I need to make major changes with food and my life. I'm 34, married with two beautiful children, and I am obese. I am 5'6" and I weigh 290 lbs. I haven't always been heavy, I gained 100+ lbs. 10 years ago and have struggled to take it off since.
