Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

Medications only go so far...willingness goes much farther because if you think you can't then you won't. If you think you can, even for 15 minutes, then you are way ahead of the game. I suggest you go to this website....www.flylady.net. You will find there a complete routine to become organized from a-z. This site gave me hope when I had none and felt so overwhelmed I was beside myself...just know, some days might be more productive than others, in the long run, as you complete more, liking the 'feeling of accomplishment', this gives you motivation, increases your energy level. Also living in an order/clean home brings in good energy, not negative stress energy....best of luck....I live by and am working hard to make a day, afternoon, evening and night routine...it is a process to make new habits....moving forward, taking 'baby steps and jumping in where you are' as Flylady says is a comfort, no high overwhelming expectations! Best to you..ml
So use your judgement.
Try to lower all stress issues that you can manage. Use the 80/20 rule; that you can make an 80% change in your life, usually, by dealing with 20% of your issues. Sometimes you can't deal with a big one first. Sometimes you have to deal with a small one.
Chug through things like fixing your health, making sure you have good glasses if you need them. Are you drinking water? Are you working longer hours than you need to, do you take spa baths or go to the pools ever? What do you do for you?
One thing by one thing up the pleasure in your life and lower the stress. I say one thing at a time because anxiety makes us clench and not want change - and you have to push for enough strength to cope with any change. But as you improve that ability will increase.
So just make a start at one thing, and take your time with it, and go in a forward direction.
