Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

- urge to find an outlet for my stress
- can't sleep
- can't eat
- can't think straight
- can't do my daily tasks
- headaches
- heart races
- shortness of breath
- sweat
- helplessness
- panic
-driving causes me racing heart/inability to regain control of thoughts
-sweaty hands-
-pressure in head
-fear of doom
-thinking "this is never going end! I'm gunna stop breathing!!!"

Tingles/numbness on hands, face

Racing thoughts

Depressed
Fear of driving, going out of the house, etc
You name it.
-numbness & tingling in my hands and feet
-muscle spasms
-feeling that i can't breath
-thigtness & pain in the chest
-pins and needles in my back and arm
-nausea,vomiting
-acid reflux
-scared of having a heart attack ,dying, fear of the future
-I can see my chest palpitating, i can even hear palpitations in my ear when in bed.
But like i said i don't get all those symptoms all at once . It's always a lil different. The only thing Iget all the time is palpitations chest pain, the feeling like i can't breath & fear.
When i feel like I can't breath I force myself to take deep breaths & then I tell myself that I can breath because if i couldn't I wouldn't be able to take deep breaths & that normally helps.
