Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...
Make sure you have a will and pick out your funeral service, and then you really have nothing to worry about if you should pop off unexpectedly. Being dead is not upsetting and should not concern you. Leaving your kids in the lurch however might be.
Try to focus on the positive things in your life, and try to do at least one thing for yourself every day, even if it's as simple as making a cup of tea and drinking it quietly with no interruptions. I find my daily moments help me cope with a lot, and best advice I can give you, just take one day at a time.
I declare over you: you are healed, you are healthy, your heart is regulated, you are a good wife, you are a good mother, you are a good friend, you are beautiful, you are successful, you are smart, you are courageous, you are unstoppable, you are blessed, you are loved, you are victorious, you are strong, you are confident.
Several years ago I had an echo and EKG completed and it brought great peace of mind.
I actually started having some chest discomfort last night and I am thinking that I need to get peace of mind by getting some blood work done. And if there is something wrong it's best to catch it early!
There are triggers that start the familiar pattern with me--all stress related. Once you start to feel stress, anxiety takes over and starts all sorts of stress related problems. A racing heart and heart palpitations are often caused by panic attacks--sometimes even feeling faint and disoriented are all parts of panic attacks. Once you have the appointment with the cardiologist and if he tells you all is well, then focus on changing your mindset from one that tells you are are dying to one that tells you you are well. Start focussing on the fact that you are alive and well. When anxiety sets in
force yourself to concentrate on something positive, breath deeply, tell yourself you okay and the feeling of panic will pass.
Anxiety is another name for fear. Fear opens the door for the things you are experiencing to happen. When these thoughts and feelings come you have to get out of your head and speak the truth. When the thought of dying comes; say out loud "I shall live and not die," and keep saying it until peace comes in. Rapid heart beat; Heart, I command you to be regulated. Tell fear to get out of your life that it is no longer welcome or needed. Declare over yourself that you will live a long, healthy life. You will see your children grow up. Your life is good and getting better. You have to purpose that you will choose life and not death. Don't be afraid to ask for a hug from your husband or your children. Put on some uplifting music. There are also positive affirmations you can speak over your health. Medications that are suppose to help can sometimes make thinks worst because of the side effects. So as it has been mentioned check the side effects of your medication to see if it is causing anxiety.
Amen! You took me to Church on that comment and had me all teary eyed. God bless you ❤️ The only things I have to add is keep your meds in a weekly pill container so you only have to fill up once a week (no more second guessing) the next is yes toss the blood pressure cuff but not out! Let your hubby, friend or even an older child randomly bring you the cuff once in awhile and track it that way.
We have to encourage and speak well of others. Sometimes when we are not in a place to fight for ourselves. Others will cross our path to fight for us. This webpage is one path. The title is encouraging because we all need strength daily. I am glad that you were encouraged, please declare what applies to you over yourself and watch it manifest.
