  Hi,  I've been working through a book called, "Mothers Who Can't Love: A Healing Guide for Daughters", and it has been bringing out the worst and best in me.  I am glad to finally be facing the truth about my childhood and about my mother, but it has also left me feeling like a failure as well.  I have been identifying so many ways that I have become that mom to my own children - and I hate that.  I hate that despite all the things I said about not wanting to treat my kids the way I was...
