  Finally something that really works for those have insomnia problem. NR Nicotinamide Riboside, I started taking NR for 1 week, my sleep disorder improves a lot! Before NR, I also do exercise, Qi Kung, it does improve my sleep a little but now (still doing exercise and Qi Kung) with the additional of NR intake, my sleep is lots more better.   Has anyone try to take NR (Nicotinamide Riboside) aka Niagen to try to reduce insulin resistance and reduce blood glucose level? It was reported it works great in mice, but not sure in humans. Anyone takig NR now? Can you share your finding, either positive or negative.
