  I feel crushed by the state of our world. I know that there are so many good people out there, but evil feels so strong. I worry about LGBT people who are being killed around the world. I am haunted by thoughts about starvation, war, abuse, racism, exploitation, rejection, betrayal, violence, and corruption. I don't know what to do about it. I feel hopeless and useless. I know I can't help everyone, but I want to so desperatly. I can't even help myself. My moods have been terrible the past...

  hi. my OCD has been particularly exhausting lately. i get so frustrated because people don't understand what we go through every day. i was wondering if anyone on here has religious/moral obsessions. if so, do you have any advice? they consume me and sometimes i don't know how much more i can take.

  i don't know what to do. i have had incredibly severe anxiety for my entire life. it has ruined relationships, caused sleep paralysis, and forced me to leave a normal school. i'm thinking that i will never get better. i dream of having a job where i help others someday, but i don't know how that will ever happen because of the severity of my condition(s). i'm afraid of the future and ashamed of the past. i worry that anxiety will make me waste my whole life. sometimes i want to end it. if...
