  Hi all, I am 51 and a half, I had an endometrial ablation 3 years ago for heavy bleeding so I no longer bleed at all, but I continue to cycle with cramps, headaches, hot and cold flashes, etc. Every month or so (sometimes longer in between) I struggle with burning pain throughout my body, usually accompanied by tingling sensations, headaches, and feelings like adrenal surges. It is very anxiety producing but I have learned not to panic when this happens. I had an MRI last year which was normal...
