  For the past 3 months I have been to the doctor for urinary pain that feels like a UTI but I keep testing negative.  At my last appointment my doctor said she thinks I may have IC.  Since then, I have been doing my research online on the subject and have worked myself up about how bad this prognosis may be.  My doctor recommended trying natural remedies first before trying the prescription med, Elmiron (which apparently is really expensive).  Can anyone offer any advice on any natural...

  I am supposed to have an appointment with my doctor in about a month to see if I can stop my treatment on Xarelto or if I need to be on it for the full 6 months.  I was just wondering if anyone had any advice about coming off of Xarelto or what questions I need to be asking at my appointment?  I do not have any clotting disorders and they think my clots were caused by my birth control pill, which I am no longer taking.Thanks!

  I am new to this group.  Recently I had a health scare (pulmonary embolisms) and since then I have had really bad anxiety because of it.  I am constantly worrying and obsessing about every pain I have during my recovery.  Also since it was a potentially life threatening condition, I am obessessed over the "what ifs" of it all.  My doctor prescribed me .5mg of alprazolam for my anxiety and I was instructed to take it when I felt an anxiety episode happening or if I was in a stressful...
