  i want to discontinue taking my bipolar medication but i know that is not a reasonable request at all. it’s something that i let drag me down;like i will always have to take some sort of medication to regulate something in my brain that i wish i could learn to deal with on my own. i’d rather take a more natural approach or maybe just counseling but i understand that it’s very hard for people to not have any intervention at all and still be able to function. i don’t really know where to...

  okay, hello everyone. i haven't been on DS in awhile and i was actually in an inpatient program for trying to overdose. so i'm going to make this real quick because i don't know what to do and i have wayyyyy to many pills available to me at the moment so i just need some advice or something i think i'm going crazy and i'm so tired.

  i don't know why i continue this vicious cycle. i guess i do it for my family but lately i feel like a burden again. my dad tells me he's worried and i say i'm fine but a week later i'm back to my lonely, self loathing mindset and i'm tired. at this point not much is stopping me. is it selfish? yes it is. i know how extremely selfish it is but right now, i feel like being selfish. no one but myself has to go through this; so why should i think about their feelings.
